Publish Audio Plugins project catalog in 1.0.9

Version 1.0.9 adds an Audio Plugins page under Projects with individual posts for all 32 current plugins, including private development products, the separate SignalExchange Child and Master components, and the Hello World framework example. Posts describe each project's purpose, main features, usage and development status.

Every post includes an actual native editor screenshot and a link to the full-resolution image. The 32 screenshots are bundled with the website and registered in the media library during publication, so their availability does not depend on the old WordPress site or access to the private source repository.

The upgrade button publishes the catalog automatically when the existing Projects section is present. Publication verifies screenshot checksums and creates the content transactionally. Later upgrades preserve CMS edits, drafts and deletions. The release also includes publication, permissions, rollback and asset-integrity regressions.
