Nested plugin research and current URLs

Nest plugin research and standardize public URLs in 1.0.11

Move audio-plugin and hardware research into Audio Plugins at /projects/audio-plugins/research, with all 30 focused posts beneath that destination. Add the Research link within Audio Plugins and follow the hierarchy in breadcrumbs, back links, navigation, canonical metadata and the sitemap.

Use current destinations directly throughout generated navigation, editor previews, tools and rendered Markdown links. Remove obsolete release-note and analyzer redirect aliases; outdated content URLs now return not found. Keep sign-in, authorization and first-run setup redirects.

The upgrade button standardizes links in the existing research collection once, preserving content IDs, media, drafts and editorial changes. New installations receive the current nested links immediately.

Validated with npm run check, npm run build and a disposable production-server fixture covering all 30 nested posts, 34 referenced images, the upgrade link migration, obsolete URLs without redirects, current release/tool destinations, breadcrumbs, canonicals, sitemap, drafts, competitions and sign-in flow.
