Automate deployment configuration and Node.js upgrades

Extended the upgrade button to install release-defined Nginx snippets, the maintenance page, systemd units, and a private, pinned Node.js runtime. The deployment manager validates changes and coordinates rollback of the application, database, server configuration, and Node runtime.
