Repair upgrade checks after route changes

Regenerate route types before upgrade checks in 1.0.11

Fix the v1.0.11 upgrade failure caused by generated Next.js validators referencing removed analyzer routes. Typechecking now clears only generated production/development route types, regenerates them from the target checkout, and then runs TypeScript. The production build and caches remain intact for rollback.

The preparation runs through the target version's typecheck script, so the already-installed v1.0.10 updater receives the fix during its next upgrade attempt. The version remains 1.0.11.

Validated with deliberately stale production and development type files, npm run check, npm run build, and regression coverage for build preservation and rejecting symlinked type directories.
