ShakerGenerator gives short, noisy percussion its own model-based instrument. Its authored and electronic-style voices can support a quiet pulse or add detail around a busier drum groove.

What it does

  • Choose Modern, Acoustic, Hybrid and machine-inspired shaker models.
  • Edit model-specific synthesis controls with independent saved values.
  • Inspect stereo waveforms and adjust velocity response, output and pan.
  • Transpose the selected voice with optional key follow.

Using the plugin

Program a steady subdivision, then vary note velocity and leave gaps for the groove to breathe. Use the model controls and output level to keep the shaker clear without dominating the top end.

Project status

Private Windows VST3 development build. Some machine-named voices are procedural stand-ins; recording-backed banks remain private.
