SaxGenerator brings soprano, alto, tenor and baritone voices into one monophonic instrument. Recorded attacks, transitions and endings combine with continuous performance controls to explore connected, expressive phrasing.

What it does
- Choose among four saxophone ranges and twelve starting patches.
- Shape breath pressure, reed response, embouchure, expression and vibrato.
- Use articulation keyswitches and live modulation routes for phrase-level performance.
- Explore recorded detail and connected-note behavior alongside the reed-and-air control surface.
Using the plugin
Choose a saxophone and patch, then play a monophonic line with overlapping notes for connected phrases. Start with the keyboard performance setup, or select a breath-controller source when performing with a wind controller.
Project status
Active Windows VST3 development. Recorded transition and articulation coverage is still being expanded.
