ClaveGenerator centers on the short, resonant character of clave sounds. Modern, Acoustic, Hybrid and an 808-inspired synthesis choice provide starting points for different rhythmic roles.

What it does

  • Choose focused clave models from the sound browser.
  • Adjust the selected model with its own stored synthesis controls.
  • Use stereo waveform previews, HIT audition, velocity response, output and pan.
  • Enable key follow to play the voice chromatically from the keyboard.

Using the plugin

Program a repeating clave pattern, then tune the voice and dynamics around the groove. Use velocity changes to separate the main pulse from softer answering notes.

Project status

Private Windows VST3 development build. The machine-inspired synthesis is authored; private recording banks are not publicly downloadable.
